The Office
We’ve split the office into a variety of flexible work zones, so you aren’t glued to your desk. At the office we have an open gym, matroom, kitchen, showers, and quite spaces. Coming into the office allows us to collaborate, but if you want to work from a coffee shop, the park, or from home some days, that’s cool too.

The Culture
We don’t have ping pong tables or a beer cart on Fridays. The work we do is rewarding and we try to keep it that way. But if you do ever feel stuck on a project or need to change gears, take some time to tinker, build, and create something awesome.

Find the answer
Nobody on our team is an expert at everything. If there’s something you don’t know, put in the work to find the answer you need to push forward.
Do the brave thing
Don’t take the path of least resistance. Do the thing with a million unknowns, the thing that troubles your sleep, that’s the thing you should do.
Make things people like
It can be tempting to just do what a client wants, or what you like best, but that’s not beneficial to anyone. Make things their customers will appreciate.
The Reason
Work takes up a large portion of your life, so we believe it’s important to do something that you love. Of course we all have other reasons to work, whether to pay bills, support a family, or travel, and we don’t take that lightly. It’s the main reason we always push to do the best work we can do.
